You would get way more in the form of $$ back into your pocket on the free phone promos IMO. carrier freedom promo is nice but as commented, you cannot stack. The rest take care of either with new iPhone promo or other free phone promos. If you wanted an android replacement, pay off the S9 and trade to Samsung directly for S20. All your current phones should be fully compatible with T-Mobile. This easily satisfies the 100$ cheaper per month requirement.
